Features of Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeter
Plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is easy to install, does not need to be cut off, can perform hot tapping on site, and has absolute advantages in installation in large pipeline flow detection.
The flow measurement is only related to the insertion depth, so the flowmeter has wide versatility and strong interchangeability.
The manufacturing cost and installation cost are lower than those of general electromagnetic flowmeters, and it is particularly suitable for flow measurement in large and medium-diameter pipelines.
The online pluggable installation type product can be easily installed and disassembled without stopping water under low pressure or pressure.
The converter has good interchangeability, and the accuracy can be achieved without re-calibrating the real flow.
It adopts advanced low-frequency square wave excitation, with stable zero point, strong anti-interference ability and reliable operation.
Small signal excision function. The user can set the lower limit voltage and lower limit flow through the display panel, to cut off the interfering small signal flow.
In addition to the advantages of general pipeline electromagnetic flowmeters, insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeters also have their own advantages, such as small size, light weight, easy installation and use, and low production and installation costs. Therefore, if the pipe diameter is large, the insertion connection is the best choice.
Insertion Type Magnetic Flow Meters
Plug-in Electromagnetic Flowmeter
Insertion Type Electromagnetic Flowmeter and Ordinary Electromagnetic Flowmeter Difference
Connection: insertion type electromagnetic flowmeter is convenient, no need to cut off the pipeline; directly in the pipeline hole; pipe section type, need to cut off the pipeline;
Accuracy: insertion type electromagnetic flowmeter accuracy is in ±1% or ±1.5%; pipe section electromagnetic flowmeter accuracy is in 0.5% ~ 0.2% leve
Cost: for large caliber, insertion type electromagnetic flowmeter cost is lower.
Ordinary electromagnetic flowmeter price in addition to lining and electrode materials, but also with the size of its caliber, the larger the caliber, the more expensive electromagnetic flowmeter, but the insertion of electromagnetic flowmeter price basically does not change with the diameter of the pipe, so in the measurement of the flow of large-caliber pipeline, especially suitable for the use of insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeter, which can greatly reduce the cost of equipment.
