The intelligent electromagnetic flow meter consists of a sensor and a converter. It operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5uS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volume flow of typical conductive liquids, Integrated Electromagnetic Flow Meter can also be used to measure the volume flow of highly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and bases, as well as uniform liquid-solid suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp. Integrated Electromagnetic Flow Meter finds wide applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, rivers, and other fields of flow measurement.

Electromagnetic Flow Meters for Water
Minimal Pressure Loss: The measuring tube has no moving or flow-obstructing parts, resulting in minimal pressure loss and significant energy-saving effects.
Unaffected by Fluid Properties: Electromagnetic flowmeters are not influenced by the temperature, pressure or viscosity of the measured liquid, ensuring measurement accuracy.
High Solid Content Capability: The solid content of the measurable substance can reach 80%, and the flow of fluids containing particles, suspended matter, etc. can be measured.
Wide Diameter Range: With a wide range of diameters (DN3-DN3000mm), they can meet various site requirements.
Responsive Measurement: With no mechanical inertia, they respond quickly and can measure instantaneous pulsating flow as well as bidirectional flow.
Inapplicable to Gas and Steam: Electromagnetic flowmeter cannot be used to measure gas, steam and liquids containing a large amount of gas.
Straight Pipe Requirements: To ensure the measurement accuracy, the electromagnetic flowmeter requires a certain length of straight pipe sections before and after.
Conductivity Requirements: They cannot measure liquids with very low conductivity, such as distilled water. (The minimum conductivity of the liquid we can test is 2us/cm, which can be used for pure water measurement.)
Temperature Limitations: They cannot be used to measure high-temperature media due to limitations of the lining and electrical insulation materials in standard industrial electromagnetic flowmeters.
Issues with Viscous and Dirty Fluids: When measuring viscous liquids with dirt, the adherence of viscous substances or deposits on the inner wall or electrodes can impede measurements if not cleaned regularly.

Wastewater Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The instrument can be installed in any position on the operating pipeline, giving priority to vertical installation. Measurement to ensure that the measuring tube is completely full of media, non-full electromagnetic flowmeter can not work properly.
It can not be installed in large transformers, motors, pumps and other equipment to generate a large magnetic field near the electromagnetic field to avoid interference.
Installation conditions: before and after the straight section: inlet straight section length is≥ 5 × DN (DN = measuring pipe diameter), 10×DN is recommended if conditions permit, and the outlet straight section length is≥ 2 × DN.
There should be no large vibration source at the installation site; if the pipeline vibrates greatly, there should be supports on both sides of the electromagnetic flowmeter to fix the pipeline.
When the instrumentation is installed on plastic pipes or pipes with insulated walls, grounding rings should be installed on both ends of the sensor to achieve grounding of the measured medium in the measuring pipe.
