 Product Description

ARTang S-type electromagnetic flowmeter is specially used to measure slurry media such as pulp, mud, ore slurry, coal-water slurry, etc. The product adopts multi-frequency excitation mode, with a response speed of ≥0.05s and a minimum conductivity of up to 2μS/cm. It is particularly suitable for liquid-solid two-phase flow, such as pulp, mud, ore pulp, and water-coal slurry. The mass concentration ratio of pulp can reach 10%, and the solid content of ore pulp can reach 80%.

  • High concentration of measured medium: multi-frequency square wave excitation mode to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of measurement.

  • Fast response speed: response speed ≥0.8s, with damping coefficient adaptive capability.

  • Low conductivity requirement: less affected by medium viscosity, temperature, pressure, density, etc., it can measure liquids with a conductivity of 2μS/cm.

  • Strong anti-interference ability: unique noise processing technology and digital filtering can filter out interference caused by dirt attached to pipes and electrodes.

  • Rich display content: can display total amount, instantaneous flow, flow rate, percentage flow, etc.
