Single-flange differential pressure transmitter consists of a differential pressure transmitter, a capillary tube and a flange with a sealing diaphragm. The function of sealing diaphragm is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from entering the differential pressure transmitter directly. Between the flange and the sensor using silicone oil and other filling fluid to transfer pressure, to avoid the measured medium through the pilot tube on the measurement of the impact. The measured medium through the pilot tube on the measurement of the impact caused by the following: solidification of the product solidification vaporization (boiling), condensation, fractionation (heavy change) and so on. Used to measure the pressure of liquids, gases or vapors, and then converted into 4 ~ 20mADC signal output.
Single-flange differential pressure transmitter can be used to measure the pressure value of all kinds of open tanks and containers, there are two kinds of flat flanges and insertion flanges, suitable for strong corrosive media, high viscosity media, suspended liquid measurement. Measuring diaphragm materials are 316L, HC alloy, tantalum alloy, gold-plated diaphragm. Can meet the needs of different working conditions.
