Single Flange Differential Pressure Transmitter consists of differential pressure transmitter, capillary tube and flange with sealing diaphragm. The role of the sealing diaphragm is to prevent the medium in the pipeline directly into the differential pressure transmitter, which is connected with the transmitter by the capillary tube filled with liquid (generally used silicone oil), when the diaphragm is pressurized to produce a small deformation, the deformation of the displacement or frequency of the liquid through the capillary tube is transmitted to the transmitter, processed by the transmitter converted into an output signal.
Single-flange pressure transmitter can be used to measure the pressure value of all kinds of open tanks and containers, there are two kinds of flat flanges and insertion flanges, suitable for strong corrosive media, high viscosity media, suspended liquid measurement. Measuring diaphragm materials are 316L, HC alloy, tantalum alloy, gold-plated diaphragm. Can meet the needs of different working conditions.
