What is Electromagnetic Water Flow Meter?



Electromagnetic water flow meter is an instrument used to measure fluid flow. Compared with other Types of Electromagnetic Water Flow Meters

  • Ultrasonic flow meters: While both types of flow meters have high accuracy, ultrasonic flow meters can be affected by fluid properties such as temperature or gas content. Electromagnetic water flow meters are not affected by these factors and can handle a wider range of fluids.


  • Vortex flow meter: Electromagnetic water flow meter is mainly used to test conductive liquids, while vortex flow meter is suitable for measuring gases and liquids. The temperature requirements for the medium are also different. Electromagnetic water flow meter requires that the temperature of the measured medium cannot be too high, while vortex flow meter does not have such strict temperature requirements, and high-temperature gas or liquid can also be easily measured.
