Qingdao Beer Wastewater Treatment

Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in beer production, production and processing of beer malt and beer auxiliary materials. In the malt/accessory receiving stage, the malt is first weighed and cleaned to remove the impurities; then the malt and auxiliary materials are fed into the malt silo and auxiliary materials silo for storage; in this process, a large amount of wastewater will be generated, which will need to be treated and then discharged.

As well as in the beer saccharification and filtration stages, electromagnetic flow meters and pH electrodes are used, as well as pressure transmitters and mass flow meters to check the composition of the wort (e.g., brix, pH, etc.) and to ensure that the quality of the wort meets the process requirements.

In this process before and after the need for pressure, temperature, liquid flow, pH value monitoring; through the use of my company's pH meter, electromagnetic flowmeter and other instruments, successfully realized the real-time monitoring of wastewater discharge and water quality pH value.
