Project Requirements:
China Resources Beer (China) Co., Ltd.’s Hebei brewery purchased electromagnetic flow meters to measure beer, cider, brewed liquor, and other liquids such as CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning agents for media transfer within the brewhouse.
This compact system is equipped with a magnetic flow meter, hygienic process connections, a 240V charger for power supply, and a carrying handle for easy transport.
Previously, the customer had installed a compact electromagnetic flow meter (EMF) from another brand for similar applications. However, due to recurring technical issues with the meters, China Resources Beer began seeking an alternative process instrument.
Selection Recommendation:
ARTang recommended the Aimag H sanitary electro flow meter, featuring a PFA liner with excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and vacuum conditions.
Considering the production requirements and customer budget, we selected 316L stainless steel electrodes and Hastelloy B electrodes for the application.
Customer Feedback:
The sanitary electro flow meter smooth, seamless internal surface design effectively prevents bacterial growth and contamination, ensuring safety throughout the beer production process.
It offers multiple hygienic process connections such as DIN 11851 and ISO 2852, allowing flexible and convenient installation.
The PFA liner withstands high-temperature CIP and SIP cleaning, while the IP67 protection rating ensures safe operation in the filling area where strong detergents are used.
