Pulping preparation process

Dilution of stock 

The purpose of stock dosing is to provide a continuous and stable supply of absolute dry stock according to the speed and dosing requirements of the paper machine, while the purpose of dilution is to dilute the stock to a suitable consistency according to the requirements of the paper machine for the formation of a uniform wet sheet of paper during the copying process. In general, the amount of adjustment and dilution is carried out at the same time. Paper stock dilution generally uses concentrated white water from the web to conserve water, recover material and energy from the white water, and reduce environmental pollution.
