Aisonic G Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter

Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter is also called Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter. Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter is designed for long-term reliable operation in industrial and municipal fields. The sensor can work when immersed in water for 5-10cm, using ultrasonic emission and echo analysis of suspended solids in water to determine the height of the sludge layer.

Typical Application - Pool Sludge Location Measurement:

In the sewage treatment system, the sedimentation tank of the water plant needs to measure the height and position of the sludge. Using the ultrasonic sludge interface meter to measure the distance from the probe to the sludge interface, the height of the sludge can be measured. The use of the sludge interface meter ensures the normal use and timely cleaning of the sewage pool, and ensures the stable operation of the sewage plant.
