Determine the overall requirements for performance and measurement capabilities. Including accuracy requirements, and the flow measurement range within which the above accuracy is guaranteed; for flow meters used for settlement, the accuracy requirements are higher than the national standard; determine whether the flow meter uses analog or bus communication methods.
