In order to realize the process parameter monitoring, the brewery introduced ARTang Aimag H hygienic magnetic flow meter to monitor and record the medium flow rate; whether it is the incoming material into the tank storage process, or the pipeline of the beer sent to the filling line, or the fermentation, filtration, cleaning process of yeast recovery, beer centrifugal separation, CIP cleaning. Accurate monitoring of flow rates is critical when incoming materials are being staged. Flow characteristics vary significantly depending on the type of liquid raw material, and erratic flow can lead to tank overflow or underfill, disrupting the production rhythm. At the same time, the raw materials may contain impurities, easy to wear and clog the flow monitoring equipment, maintenance costs and difficulties have risen sharply;
Beer pipeline to the filling line, flow monitoring accuracy is directly related to product quality.
