The customer's electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the accumulated flow value of the trade settlement pipeline, and realize the remote transmission of data.
Selection recommendations
After understanding the site conditions, the water flowmeter needs to be installed on PVC U-shaped pipe, and the pipe is 1m underground. Therefore, we chose IP 68 protection grade electromagnetic flowmeter for customers. Considering the characteristics of PVC pipes, in order to ensure good grounding of electromagnetic flowmeter, we provided grounding ring for customers. The redundant design of grounding electrode and grounding ring can avoid bad grounding effect. If the pipeline is poorly grounded, the scattered current in the pipeline will lead to unstable measurement. In addition, considering that the outlet direction of the U-shaped pipe is downward, the pipe is not easy to fill; If bubbles accumulate in the pipeline, it will cause the display screen of the converter to jump, which will affect the measurement accuracy. Therefore, we recommend that customers bend the water outlet end of the pipeline to ensure the integrity of the pipeline and avoid bubble accumulation, which will lead to further data jump.
