Product Description
The insertion thermal mass flow meter is a professional gas flow measurement instrument based on thermal dispersion technology. It measures gas mass flow directly without the need for additional temperature and pressure compensation, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial gas monitoring applications.
This model adopts an integrated transmitter design, combining signal processing and local display in one compact structure. The integrated display allows operators to check flow rate, total flow, and working status directly on site. The insertion-type structure makes it suitable for medium and large pipelines, helping reduce installation cost compared with full-bore flow meters.
The stainless steel probe is inserted into the pipeline to detect gas flow, while the ball valve assembly allows easier installation and maintenance. With low pressure loss, fast response, and reliable performance, this thermal mass flow meter is widely used in compressed air systems, nitrogen pipelines, oxygen systems, biogas, natural gas, exhaust gas monitoring, and other industrial gas applications.
