The AIU Ultrasonic Flowmeter delivers high-accuracy, non-contact liquid flow measurement with up to ±1% accuracy and a wide pipe size range from DN15 to DN6000. It supports clamp-on, insertion, and inline sensors, allowing flexible installation without pressure loss.

Product Description

The AIU Ultrasonic Flowmeter is designed for accurate and reliable liquid flow measurement across a broad pipe size range from DN15 to DN6000, with measurement accuracy up to ±1%. It uses the ultrasonic transit-time principle to measure flow without direct contact with the fluid, making it suitable for water, wastewater, industrial process liquids, and HVAC applications.

The flowmeter adopts a dual-balanced signal differential circuit, which effectively reduces interference from strong electrical noise sources such as frequency converters and high-voltage power lines. This ensures stable signal processing and reliable measurement performance even in demanding industrial environments.

In addition to standard flow measurement, the AIU ultrasonic flowmeter also supports comprehensive heat and energy measurement when connected with a three-wire PT100 temperature sensor. This makes it suitable for applications such as heating, cooling, HVAC systems, and energy management.

For system integration, the AIU ultrasonic flowmeter offers multiple output options, including 4–20mA, OCT pulse, relay output, and MODBUS RS485 communication, enabling easy connection with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
