APT11 Panel-Mount pH Transmitter and Controller with 4–20 mA Output
The ARTang APT11 is a compact panel-mount pH transmitter and controller designed for continuous pH monitoring in water treatment, wastewater treatment, neutralization processes, chemical dosing and general industrial liquid-analysis systems.
The APT11 provides a 4–20 mA analog output for remote signal transmission. High- and low-limit relay outputs can be used for alarms, interlocks or basic on/off control. It supports manual temperature compensation and can be paired with pH electrodes without an integrated temperature element.
- pH measurement range: 0–14 pH
- Specified controller accuracy: ±0.1 pH
- Manual pH temperature compensation
- 4–20 mA analog output
- High- and low-limit relay outputs
- Housing dimensions: 48 × 96 × 100 mm (H × W × D)
- Required panel cutout: 45 × 92 mm (H × W)
Product Description
The APT11 is intended for applications that require a local pH display, a standard analog measurement signal and two limit-based control functions. It can be installed in compact control panels, water-treatment skids, dosing systems and OEM equipment where panel space is limited.
The APT11 uses manual rather than automatic temperature compensation. This simplifies the electrode arrangement when the process temperature is stable or when the actual temperature can be entered during operation, but it is less suitable for rapidly changing temperature conditions.

FAQ
No automatic temperature compensation is specified. The controller uses manual compensation and is paired with a pH electrode without an integrated temperature element.
The supplied three-point calibration values are pH 4.00, 6.86 and 9.18. Support for other buffer sets should be confirmed from the final operating instructions.
Only when the pump input and relay electrical ratings are compatible and the complete control system includes suitable interlocks. Use an interposing relay or contactor when the external load exceeds the APT11 contact rating.
The stated measured-medium range is 0–100°C. The pH electrode, holder, seals, cable and process chemistry must also be suitable for the actual temperature, while the controller itself must remain within its 0–50°C ambient range.
Prepare a 45 × 92 mm opening, stated as height × width. The housing measures 48 × 96 × 100 mm, so sufficient rear depth and wiring clearance are also required.
The controller and electrode should be treated as separately selected components unless the quotation explicitly states that a complete set is supplied.
The APT16 requires a 92 × 92 mm panel opening.
Its external dimensions are 96 × 96 × 46 mm. Reserve adequate rear space for analog, relay, pulse and RS485 wiring.
