ARTang APS1115 High-Temperature Glass pH Electrode
The ARTang APS1115 is an industrial glass pH electrode designed for continuous pH monitoring in processes involving elevated temperatures, chemical contamination, pressure, and repeated cleaning or thermal sterilization cycles.
It features a high-temperature glass sensing membrane, a temperature-resistant gel electrolyte, and a double-junction reference system to improve measurement stability in fermentation, brewing, beverage production, sugar processing, chemical treatment, and industrial wastewater applications.

Product Description
Conventional pH electrodes may experience accelerated glass aging, electrolyte degradation, reference contamination, and increased signal drift when exposed to elevated temperatures and repeated cleaning cycles.
The ARTang APS1115 is developed for these demanding industrial conditions. Its high-temperature glass membrane maintains pH sensitivity during elevated-temperature operation, while the gel electrolyte and double-junction structure help protect the internal reference system from process contamination.
Multiple insertion lengths, temperature compensation elements, junction configurations, and connector options are available to support integration with different pH transmitters, reactors, fermenters, tanks, and process pipelines.

The ARTang APS1115 is engineered to withstand repeated sterilization at 121°C for 20–30 minutes per cycle. Under specified operating conditions, the electrode can withstand more than 30 sterilization cycles while maintaining reliable pH measurement performance.
Actual service life may vary depending on sterilization pressure, heating and cooling rates, process chemistry, cleaning agents, installation conditions, calibration frequency, and maintenance practices.
Double-Junction Reference System
The double-junction design provides an additional barrier between the measured medium and the internal reference system.
