Product Description
The Aimag H sanitary electromagnetic flow meter is designed for volumetric flow measurement of conductive liquids in food, beverage, dairy, brewing, and pharmaceutical processes.
It combines a PFA liner, hygienic process connections, and wetted surfaces with a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.4 µm. The all-stainless-steel version retains the established advantages of the Aimag H sanitary platform while introducing a smaller and lighter converter, optional M12 plug-in connections, and a simplified electronic architecture.
These features make the Aimag H well suited for production lines, batching and filling systems, process skids, and CIP/SIP applications requiring hygienic construction, compact installation, and convenient operation.

Product Feature
3-A Certified Sanitary Design
3-A certified hygienic construction supports beverage, dairy, wine, and other food-grade production lines.
High-Temperature PFA Liner
The PFA liner supports process temperatures up to 150°C and repeated CIP and SIP cleaning cycles.
Smaller and Lighter Converter
The converter is approximately 30–50% the volume of conventional designs, reducing the overall meter weight while giving the instrument a more compact and refined appearance.
All-Stainless-Steel Housing
The all-stainless-steel construction provides a clean, refined appearance and is well suited to hygienic applications in food and beverage processing.
Ra ≤0.4 µm Wetted Surfaces
Wetted surfaces with a roughness of Ra ≤0.4 µm exceed typical 3-A surface-finish requirements, helping reduce residue buildup and support effective cleaning.
Optional M12 Plug-In Connections
Optional M12 4-pin connectors enable wiring and cable replacement without opening the converter enclosure.

flowmeter calibration equipment
Each electromagnetic flow meter is calibrated before shipment to verify its measurement accuracy and stability. Our calibration process includes standard meter method and weighing method calibration to ensure reliable performance under real working conditions.

Standard Meter Method Calibration
Accuracy is verified by comparing the electromagnetic flow meter with a certified standard meter.

Weighing Method Calibration
Flow accuracy is checked by measuring the collected liquid weight over a set time.
