AE10 Smart Pressure Transducer

The AE10 Series Compact Pressure Transmitter features a small size and compact structure, with excellent vibration resistance, making it suitable for installation in space-limited environments.

The AE10 uses a ceramic sensor element, providing strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long-term stability.

It can directly output standard voltage, current, or digital signals, including 4–20 mA, 0–10 VDC, and low-power 0.5–4.5 VDC analog signals, allowing easy integration into various control systems.

Product Description

Unlike traditional oil-filled silicon sensors, the AE10 Compact Pressure Transmitter adopts an advanced dry ceramic measuring cell (Al₂O₃). This oil-free ceramic design eliminates the risk of process contamination, making it highly suitable for water treatment, hygienic applications, and general industrial pressure measurement.

In addition, the extremely hard ceramic diaphragm provides excellent resistance to abrasive particles and corrosive media, ensuring a long, maintenance-free service life even in demanding industrial environments.

The AE10 ceramic pressure transmitter also offers outstanding vibration resistance, ensuring reliable operation even under high-frequency vibration conditions.
