ACS135 High-Range Conductivity Sensor for Industrial Liquids
The ARTang ACS135 is an industrial conductivity sensor with a measurement range of 0–350 mS/cm and a cell constant of K=10.0 cm⁻¹. Its PTFE housing and choice of 316L stainless steel or graphite electrodes provide configuration options for monitoring compatible salt solutions, process liquids and industrial wastewater.

Conductivity Measurement up to 350 mS/cm
The ACS135 provides a specified measurement range of 0–350 mS/cm for applications requiring measurement at higher conductivity levels.
PTFE Housing with Two Electrode Options
The sensor combines a PTFE housing with either 316L stainless steel or graphite electrodes. This choice allows the electrode material to be evaluated against the process chemistry. Compatibility must account for chemical composition, concentration, temperature and cleaning agents, including all wetted components of the supplied assembly.
Temperature Measurement for Compensation
The ACS135 is available with a PT100 or PT1000 temperature element. A compatible transmitter can use this temperature signal to compensate conductivity readings.

The PT100 or PT1000 element provides the temperature signal. Temperature compensation is performed by the connected transmitter using its configured compensation method.
The ACS135 measures conductivity. Converting conductivity into concentration requires a relationship appropriate to the specific solution, temperature and concentration range, together with suitable transmitter or control-system functions.
The ACS135 is positioned for applications requiring a high conductivity range. For pure-water or ultrapure-water monitoring, provide the expected conductivity and accuracy requirements so that a suitable sensor and transmitter can be selected.
It normally connects to a conductivity transmitter or controller. The transmitter provides the measurement output or communication interface required by the PLC.
