Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
Ultrasonic Level Transmitter Manufacturer for Non-Contact Level Measurement
ARTang supplies ultrasonic level transmitters for non-contact liquid level measurement in tanks, reservoirs, wastewater systems, and industrial storage applications. They are suitable for water, wastewater, chemical liquids, and other applications where direct contact with the medium is not preferred.
With different measuring ranges, signal outputs, and installation options, ultrasonic level transmitters help users monitor liquid level, prevent overflow, support pump control, and improve process visibility in industrial automation systems.

Key Features of Ultrasonic Level Transmitters
Non-Contact Measurement
Measures liquid level without direct contact with the medium, helping reduce corrosion, contamination, and maintenance caused by wetted parts.
Easy Tank Installation
Suitable for top-mounted installation on tanks, reservoirs, sumps, and open vessels, with simple wiring and standard signal output options.
Continuous Level Monitoring
Provides continuous level data for storage tanks, wastewater systems, pump control, and overflow prevention applications.
Ultrasonic Level Transmitters Applications
Water Treatment
For clean water tanks, reservoirs, pump stations, and treatment systems requiring continuous level monitoring and overflow prevention.
Wastewater Systems
For sewage tanks, sumps, lift stations, and wastewater treatment processes where non-contact level measurement helps reduce sensor contamination.
Chemical Storage
For chemical liquid tanks and storage vessels where non-contact measurement helps reduce corrosion risk from direct medium contact.
Industrial Tanks
For process tanks, mixing tanks, storage vessels, and open containers requiring stable liquid level monitoring in industrial automation systems.
How to Select the Right Ultrasonic Level Transmitters
Choose an ultrasonic level transmitter based on measuring range, tank height, medium surface condition, temperature, vapor, foam, and installation position.
Measuring Range
Confirm the tank height, normal level range, and measurement distance. The selected range should leave enough margin for the blind zone.
Medium Surface
Check whether the liquid surface is calm, fluctuating, foamy, or turbulent, as surface conditions can affect ultrasonic signal reflection.
Vapor & Temperature
Confirm whether the tank has steam, vapor, dust, strong temperature changes, or condensation, as these may affect measurement stability.
Installation Position
Install the transmitter away from tank walls, inlets, agitators, ladders, or obstacles to avoid false echoes and unstable readings.
Why Choose ARTang for Ultrasonic Level Transmitters
Range & Blind Zone Check
We help confirm tank height, level range, measurement distance, and blind zone to reduce wrong model selection.
Site-Based Installation Advice
ARTang supports selection based on tank shape, mounting position, obstacles, foam, vapor, and surface conditions.
Reducing False Echo Problems
We help evaluate installation conditions that may cause false echoes, unstable readings, or signal loss in actual tank applications.
FAQ About Ultrasonic Level Transmitters
A differential pressure transmitter measures the pressure difference between two ports, but both ports may still be under process pressure. The static pressure rating should be checked to make sure the transmitter can work safely under the actual process conditions.
Foam, vapor, dust, strong turbulence, condensation, obstacles, narrow tanks, and incorrect installation position may affect ultrasonic signal reflection and cause unstable readings.
The blind zone is the minimum distance between the sensor and the measurable liquid surface. The highest liquid level should stay below the blind zone to avoid incorrect readings.
Please provide the tank height, measuring range, medium type, temperature, pressure condition, installation position, output signal, and whether there is foam, vapor, agitation, or obstacles inside the tank.
